What size businesses do you work with?
Mostly small and mid-sized businesses, roughly 5 to 250 people, that have outgrown ad-hoc IT but don’t need a full in-house department.
Do you only work with businesses in Tennessee?
No. We’re based in Tennessee and work remotely with clients across the United States. Most work, from monitoring to migrations, is done remotely; on-site visits are arranged when a project needs them.
Do you offer managed IT on a monthly plan?
Yes. After an initial assessment and any cleanup, most clients move to a flat monthly plan covering monitoring, patching, support and regular reviews.
Do you also handle websites and marketing?
Yes. We build and maintain websites and offer SEO and social media marketing, so the team that keeps your systems healthy can also help customers find you.
Can you work alongside our existing IT person or provider?
Yes. We often support an in-house IT generalist with projects and specialist work, or take over from a previous provider with a documented handover.
